Are you looking to pivot your career after federal employment? Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) is here to help you begin your entrepreneurship journey. Due to overwhelming interest, we have added 1,000 virtual seats for our next Entrepreneurship 101 workshop scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, from 9-11 a.m.

This interactive session is designed for entrepreneurs and start-ups and will cover essential topics like business registration, taxes, financing, licensing, and certifications. You'll also learn about valuable local, state, and federal resources.

You will also hear from incredible founders who have successfully started and grown their businesses in Fairfax County:

• Sheryll Manoj has served as the President and CEO of Herndon-based software company, AttainX, Inc., since 2014.
  
  
• Joe Saunders is the founder and CEO of RunSafe Security, a pioneer of cyberhardening technology for embedded systems and devices and industrial control systems.
