Tisara Photography is a family owned and operated business incorporated in 1985.
The Tisara studio is located on S. Washington Street in Old Town Alexandria. Artist-Photographer Steven Halperson manages the studio and is the primary photographer. Steven brings over 25 years of experience and his artistic talent to his work. He specializes in family and business portraits and events. His portraits of AlexandriaÆs current Living Legends are on permanent display in the Market Square Lobby of Alexandria City Hall.
Steven continues to develop the creative aspects of his work and experiments with various forms of expression ù copper etching and circuit boards, as well as photography.
