The
Board of Regents of Gunston Hall Incorporated (BRGHI) announce the hiring of an
Interim Executive Director, Mr. Mark S. Ingrao, CCP, CAE an Interim Executive
Solutions (IES) Network Member. He began
his tenure on March 3, 2025, and will serve in this role until a new Executive
Director is selected by the BRGHI after a nationwide search. Mark will be
responsible for day-to-day operations and will help ensure our staff and the
Board of Regents are supported and effective, and that our programs and
operations continue without interruption and at the same level of excellence.
Mark’s
senior leadership experience spans more than 36+ years in both the corporate
and non-profit sectors with 23+ years in executive-level positions. As a
senior-level executive, he has extensive experience in implementing strategic
plans, partnership building, fundraising, recruiting volunteers and
organizational management. He serves through visionary leadership, consensus
building, and collaboration with a management style that is inclusive,
positive, and innovative.

The
Board of Regents is grateful to Tony Pierucci, Senior Vice President for
Operations and Mission Impact for stepping in as Acting Executive Director
prior to Mark’s arrival.
