Do you have a skill/talent that can be used to support adults
with mental health, substance use, or
homelessness issues in your community? RPSV
is recruiting individuals interested in sharing their expertise during virtual
support group sessions on the topics of anxiety, loneliness (depression), art, wellness, healthy living, positivity, and recovery. Speaking sessions are 15-30 minutes as the speaker prefers.
RPSV’s free virtual support group sessions are held Monday through Saturday (10:30 am, 2 pm, 3 pm, and 7 pm depending on the day), and are designed to help people stay focused on recovery. We welcome those who can speak on a variety of topics (i.e., healthy
eating, exercise, improving well-being, self-care, dancing, music, ice breakers, laughter therapy, yoga, Reiki, personal hygiene, hobbies such as therapeutic gardening, and more). These are
one-time (or more often if you are interested) opportunities to share knowledge
during these interactive speaking engagements.
We are seeking individuals who can help uplift, inspire, and motivate those suffering from the negative mental effects of COVID. It has been said that the pandemic has made the lonely even lonelier. Share your knowledge and brighten the lives of others in your community.
This is a year-round opportunity!
