Dr. Maiurano is a caring neighborhood family dentist in Springfield, VA near Saratoga Shopping Center and Fort Belvoir. Her dental office services Springfield and all of Northern VA including Burke, Crosspointe, Fairfax, Fairfax Station, Franconia, Kingstowne, Newington, Newington Forest, Laurel Hill, Lorton, Lorton Station and West Springfield. Adults and children are welcome!

Dr. Patel is both a dentist and a physician, completing both his dental and medical degrees at Columbia University. He finished his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. During his training, he participated with Healing the Children in the countries of Colombia and Ecuador treating children with cleft lips and palates. Dr. Patel was also part of one of the first teams involved in CT guided dental implant placement at Columbia University. Dr. Patel was born and raised in Philadelphia and went to Boston University for college. Dr. Patel and his wife enjoy spending time together and enjoy traveling.

Dr. Mittal is passionate about orthodontics. Not just the science behind it, but also the chance to develop long-lasting relationships with her patients. Born and raised in Springfield, Dr. Mittal graduated as a valedictorian from Hayfield Secondary School. She received a dual degree in Biology and Sociology from the University of Virginia followed by a DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia. While in dental school, Dr. Mittal was active in student leadership (ASDA), president of her Dental Fraternity (DSD), and volunteered with Mission of Mercy (MoM) projects in underserved areas of Virginia. She went to Indiana University to complete her specialty training in orthodontics and a Master of Science, where her research was published in The Angle Orthodontist. Having served communities in Reston, Manassas, Woodbridge and Fredericksburg, Dr. Mittal is thrilled to finally serve patients in the same community which fostered her growth and development. Dr. Mittal met her husband, a former active duty U.S. Marine, at UVA and they are smitten with their two little girls. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, is a foodie, and is often seen on the soccer field sidelines cheering her girls on.

She specializes in creating smiles personally and professionally for over 10 years! We treat children, preteens, teens and adults. In-network with PPOs, and making treatment affordable with no interest payment plans.
