He brings with him experience in running public relations and crisis communications campaigns for CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, nonpartisan political organizations and leading industry trade associations.
Additionally, he has significant experience on economic development, land use and planning and commercial real estate issues over the past decade. Warner successfully led the strategic marketing and media outreach of several investment, residential, commercial and industrial properties, and single-type and mixed-use projects, including multifamily, hotel, retail, urban, Main Street, office, historic, redevelopments and ground up construction.
Warner holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, where he was elected into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and a Bachelor of Arts from Elon University.
