I've always had a passion for personal finance. As a kid, I mowed lawns and got a paper route to save up for baseball cards and collectible coins. In high school, I worked at one of the two grocery stores in my small Wisconsin hometown. During college, I worked summers, running a punch press and assembling air-suspension truck seats, and later building my small share of Trek Bicycles. I earned a Bachelor's degree in finance from the Univ. of Wisconsin-Whitewater; however, the Army took me in a different direction. For 30 years, I worked in the supply, logistics and human resources fields in the Reserve, National Guard and Active Components. All the while, I used spreadsheets to track bills and invest in my IRA and 401(k)/TSP to plan for my family's future. Now, I've been blessed with the opportunity to get back to my finance roots and serve my family, friends and neighbors in creating a personalized strategy to help them attain their goals in both the short- and long-term.
I care about helping my clients become more comfortable with investing, thus empowering them to make educated financial decisions as they navigate through life's changes. I strongly believe everyone should have a trusting and organic relationship with their financial advisor. For this reason, I have an in-depth, transparent appointment process to identify where you are today, where you want to go, and if there are any gaps keeping you from getting there. My clients trust me to know the most intimate details of their lives so I can better serve them and help them achieve what is most important to them.
I invite you to experience the Edward Jones difference – face-to-face meetings, one-on-one lifelong relationships and unparalleled, personalized client service.

Running and cycling are in my blood, and I enter several races and rides each year. I have one adult daughter who works as an emergency responder, and my wife, Amy, and I were recently blessed to have our daughter, Audrey. Our family loves to walk our quiet neighborhood and actively serves in various roles at our church.
